EPA, DHA Omega 3 derivatives, they contribute to cardiovascular health. In addition, DHA is involved in sensory and cognitive functions (concentration, memorization).
They are also anti-inflammatory.
Vitamin D It helps the intestinal absorption of calcium and then binds it to the bones. In addition, it participates in the functioning of the immune system.
Vitamin B12It intervenes in the processes of cell division, among others concerning the red blood cells.
IodineA fundamental component of thyroid hormones, iodine contributes to their action in cellular life. All organs need sufficient levels of these hormones to function properly.
SeleniumThis trace element is a powerful antioxidant and as such, it slows down the oxidation of cellular elements. It is therefore essential to the longevity of cells.

Good reasons to :

1) Canned sardines:

Those fatty acids, members of the lipid family, are essential for the development of the human body because our bodies cannot make them.
