The company’s emblematic product, the star of tinned pâtés, the Hénaff Pâté. Its recipe has not changed since its creation. Hénaff Pâté is one such product: since its creation in 1915 by Jean Hénaff, it has always selected the best pieces of pork – tenderloins and hams – to bring gourmets everywhere a product high in taste and low in fat.
We store Hénaff Pâté in our warehouses for at least 6 weeks before shipping it to ensure the pâté has enough time to mature and develop its succulence and flavour. Its texture is perfect to be slice in cubes and add in meals and salads.
