Breton Country Pâté
Hénaff has put the best of Brittany in his glass jar : fresh meat, fat and liver, all from French pork. Without forgetting a touch of caramel to give the Breton terrine its beautiful golden hue when it goes to the oven.
This know-how was awarded at the Concours Général Agricole in 2009!
The use of meat from quality channels allows the Breton terrine to bear the Label Rouge certification, a guarantee of an exceptional product.
Potato starch and fresh egg give the traditional country terrine a nice slice able appearance.
“Label Touge” is a french label which designates products have a higher level of quality compared to other similar products usually marketed.
